Booking Terms
Payment Schedule :
- 100% of the flight booking amount is to be paid for securing flight confirmation.
- 35% of the total package value is required at the time of booking to initiate and secure your reservation.
- 40% is due 60 days prior to the departure date to proceed with travel arrangements and ensure availability.
- The remaining 25% must be paid 45 days before departure to complete the booking process.

- Cheques are subjected to realisation and services to be blocked only after the amount reflects in our bank account.
Cancellation Policy
For Airlines:
- Refund policy will be as per the airline policy, to be informed at the time of booking.
- This varies from airline to airline and can range from partially refundable for full cost carriers to non-refundable for low-cost carriers.
For Land Services:
- More than 60 days before departure: 35% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Between 59 and 46 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Within 45 days of departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged; no refund applicable.
- Visa fees/Visa Assistance fees are completely non-refundable.
