Welcome to Gangtok: Gateway to the Himalayas

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, where your journey begins with a warm welcome from a Cox and Kings representative and a scenic transfer to Gangtok. Perched at 1,650 meters, Gangtok is where you’ll witness authentic Tibetan Buddhist culture on a charming hill-top town.

Check-in to your hotel and refresh before heading out to MG Marg, the heart of Gangtok, lined with cafés, shops, and inviting mountain vistas. Enjoy your first glimpses of the local life while savoring a casual stroll.

As the evening unfolds, gather with fellow travelers for a welcome dinner, sharing stories over flavors of Sikkimese cuisine. Retreat to your hotel for a restful night under the Himalayan stars.

Booking Terms

  • Payment Schedule :

    • 100% of the flight booking amount is to be paid for securing flight confirmation.
    • 30% of the total package value is required at the time of booking to initiate and secure your reservation.
    • 40% is due 45 days prior to the departure date to proceed with travel arrangements and ensure availability.
    • The remaining 30% must be paid 30 days before departure to complete the booking process.

    • NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque in favour of: WILSON & HUGHES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
    • Cheques are subjected to realisation and services to be blocked only after the amount reflects in our bank account. 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Between 31 and 44 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Within 30 days of departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged; no refund applicable.
  • Airfare Cancellation: Charges will apply as per the respective airline’s cancellation policy.
