Arrival in Goa & Evening Dinner Cruise

Your holiday begins as you arrive at Goa airport, where a Cox & Kings representative greets the group and escorts you to the resort. Once checked in, take some time to settle in and unwind amidst the relaxed coastal atmosphere.

As the evening sets in, the group gathers for a special experience - a lively dinner cruise on the Mandovi River. Step aboard a double-deck vessel with open sky views as you sail past illuminated landmarks and soak in Goa’s vibrant spirit. The night comes alive with live DJ music, Bollywood beats, cultural performances, and fun games with prizes.

Alongside the entertainment, enjoy a spread of Goan flavours with complimentary drinks, starters, and a sumptuous buffet dinner. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the start of your holiday, sharing laughter and conversation with fellow travellers under the Goan night sky. After the fun and frolic, retreat to your hotel for an overnight stay in Goa.

Booking Terms

  • Payment Schedule :

    • 100% of the flight booking amount is to be paid for securing flight confirmation.
    • 30% of the total package value is required at the time of booking to initiate and secure your reservation.
    • 40% is due 45 days prior to the departure date to proceed with travel arrangements and ensure availability.
    • The remaining 30% must be paid 30 days before departure to complete the booking process.


    Accepted Payment Methods : 

    • Secure payment link shared directly by us.
    • NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque in favour of: WILSON & HUGHES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
    • Cheques are subjected to realisation and services to be blocked only after the amount reflects in our bank account. 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Between 31 and 44 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Within 30 days of departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged; no refund applicable.
  • Airfare Cancellation: Charges will apply as per the respective airline’s cancellation policy.
